Join us for the Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Hispanic Wealth Project Homebuyer Workshop and Dinner

Enjoy learning about buying a home in this FREE homebuying workshop on Saturday, August 22, from 5:30 PM–8:00 PM at the Klamath County Association of Realtors Conference Room at 403 Main St., inside the Fisher Nicholson building in downtown Klamath Falls.
This free workshop will help you learn, save and build wealth through Home Ownership.
Meet local professionals and guest speaker, Gabriela “Gabi” Mann, a licensed real estate professional and President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Hispanic Wealth Project. Gabi is a passionate speaker with a presentation to empower families with the knowledge and resources to build lasting financial security through homeownership.
Her visit coincides with the Hispanic Health Committee Resource Fair from 10AM-2PM and the Spanish Consulate’s visit to Klamath Community College, creating a wonderful opportunity to serve our Latino community throughout the day.
This free workshop will feature valuable information on homeownership, wealth-building strategies, and financial empowerment. Attendees will gain practical knowledge and inspiration while learning why expanding Hispanic wealth is not only important for individual families but also critical to the future strength of the U.S. economy.
Building wealth within the Hispanic community is rooted in family, community, and long-term stability.
Although Hispanic wealth has grown significantly in recent years, tremendous opportunities remain to expand homeownership and create lasting generational wealth.
HomePath Programs, the Klamath County Association of Realtors, and NAHREP have partnered to bring this exciting educational opportunity to our community.
We want to help more families to achieve the dream of homeownership and build a stronger future for our community.
