The Klamath County Library system consists of the Main branch in Klamath Falls and branches located in Bly, Bonanza, Chemult, Chiloquin, Gilchrist, Keno, Malin, Merrill, South Suburbs, Sprague River, and the Klamath Basin Senior Center.
Library service in Klamath County has a long and interesting history! The library system holds over 200,000 items in its physical collection, including books, audiobooks, music CDs, and DVD/Blu-ray discs.
The library is also part of the Oregon Digital Library Consortium, so patrons can access over 30,000 digital materials (eBooks, downloadable audiobooks, and downloadable videos) through Library2Go.
Uncataloged honor collections at our libraries and outreach facilities allow people without cards to take home reading and audiovisual materials.
In addition to these items, thousands of people entered the libraries to utilize print and electronic reference resources; access the Internet on a public computer; enjoy wireless Internet access on their mobile device (wireless access is now available at all branches); view a library exhibit; or attend a program such as a book club, storytime, or community workshop.
