Join us for our interactive and engaging Home Buying Workshop on Saturday, August 8th from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at Coldwell Banker Conference Room.
This full-day experience connects you directly with trusted local professionals—to include a lender, home inspector, home insurance expert, real estate agent and housing counselor, experts in their field who will guide you through every stage of the homebuying process.
You’ll learn about first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs, credit reports and scores, loan types, the approval process, debt-to-income ratios, how to shop for a home and strategies to keep both your home and budget sustainable.
As an added bonus, we’ll tour two homes so you can experience the process firsthand asking our professionals burning questions you may have!
