Vaccination Incentive Program/Event

Cascade Health Alliance (CHA) has partnered with Sky Lakes Medical Center to host an exclusive CHA member COVID-19 event at the Collaborative Health Center. The event for those 12 and older will offer Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. Members will get a $50 Grocery Outlet gift card for every does they receive (i.e. those getting a Pfizer vaccination will get two cards if they complete the series on July 10th). The incentive will be offered through August. Folks can schedule their vaccine at the event by calling 1-833-606-4370.

Our hope is that the vaccination incentive will mobilize CHA members to get the vaccine.
