Henley cheerleaders Place 2nd At Nationals

Henley High School cheerleaders placed second last weekend at the USA Spirit Nationals Competition at the
Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif., against teams from all over the country.
To compete, the Hornets squad had to qualify by video in December. The routine they performed was different from

They had one week to practice the new routine before the national event. Additional members were added for the
Anaheim competition.
Members of Henley’s cheerleading national squad were Kyndall Felsinger, Elle Overstreet, Mathilda Dahlback,
Andrew Bullock, Cassy Harter and Sammi Quintana, Kelsie Felsinger, Lexi Dolan, Kylene Thornton, Victor
Manzo, Sapphire Honeycutt, Lois Macdonald, Chloe Nicosia, and Jasmyne Baylie. Coaches are Aubrey Westfall,
Elise Rico, Marlen Beezley, and Paulette Rico.
