We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Stewart Decker has joined our team as Interim Medical Director!
In his part-time role, Dr. Decker will spearhead large-scale community development projects focused on improving the health of our community and serve as the liaison within the Klamath Falls medical community for prevention, wellness, and services offered at the Wellness Center. We are honored to have him on our team and to use his skill set and expertise to champion prevention efforts and improve health for our patients and the broader Klamath Falls community. One of the reasons I came to Klamath Falls was the Wellness Center. When I was interviewing, it was clear that the culture here was one of prevention and wellness. This was no more evident than when Sky Lakes decided to invest in wellness and health, not just sick care, by building the Wellness Center. My favorite parts of medicine are the parts that are not pills – exercise, food, and wellbeing. I am so excited to join the team at the Wellness Center to help make healthy choices the easy, accessible and desirable choices in our community.
