About Red- You’d never know it by looking at her, but Red can really whip up some fantastic BBQ. She got started young and learned everything she knows from her family. You can ask her her secrets and she’ll just smile and give you a wink, but she won’t tell you how she does it.

We offer Memphis BBQ Ribs, or Chicken and a special Pork platter, signature sandwiches including Philly Steak, a Santa Maria Steak burrito, roadhouse prime rib, Santa Maria-style tri-tip of beef, chicken fried steak, cajun pasta, jambalaya pasta, stroganoff, and a many other signature dishes! Don’t forget your catfish, coconut shrimp, and surf n turf! We also have fresh salads, soups and chili, and starters such as fried veggies, steak nachos, even alligator bites!
