Oregon Tech Students Showcase Exciting Projects at Annual Symposium

WHEN:           Friday, May 31, 2019 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Community members and media are invited to attend.

WHAT:           Oregon Tech is excited to welcome the public to the Student Project Symposium & Open House on Friday, May 31st, starting at 11 a.m. This is an annual event during which students from all departments are invited to present their junior, senior or capstone projects, and departments open their doors to share exciting things happening within the University.

The Student Project Symposium is a venue for students to display their projects and talk to visitors about what they have been working on. Projects from last year include a Baja & Formula Cars • Business Branding & Start-Up Concepts • Dental Hygiene Clinic Tour • Clinical Simulations • Engineering Prototypes • Residence Hall Tours • Cornett Hall Remodel Tour • Medical Imaging Demonstrations • Student Activities Fair • Natural Sciences Experiments • Tiny House Build • And Many More!

HOW:             The community is encouraged to attend to see for themselves what our highly inventive and innovative students are creating. This event is free with complimentary parking. More information to come regarding the welcome station location.
